Our warehouses are in Sydney and Melbourne. Ten minutes from the city and the airport, close to Sydney's main transport routes, so dropping in to check a piece before it goes to site is easy. Visits and stock inspections are by arrangement.
Melbourne
A Victorian warehouse, not a Victorian run.
Stock for the Victorian market is held in Melbourne rather than dispatched from Sydney for each order. That removes the linehaul leg from every local delivery, which is both the slowest part of an interstate job and the part where most damage is introduced.
Where stock does need to move between the two cities, it travels as one consolidated load rather than as a series of separate trips, handled by the same operator at both ends. Melbourne deliveries and installations are planned around the building: lift bookings, permitted delivery windows and the access that inner north warehouse conversions and South Yarra terraces each present.

Item by item if you can, with rough dimensions and weights. A marble-topped table and a flat-pack table of the same size are not the same job.
Both addresses, and the access at each
Floor level, whether there is a lift and its internal size, stair count and the turn at the top, and where a truck can legally stop. This is the detail that decides the price and whether the job is possible at all.
When it needs to happen
A date, or the date it must be finished by. If it is an install, tell us what other trades are still on site.
Anything that would be unrecoverable
Tell us which pieces cannot be replaced. It changes how the job is resourced, the vehicle and the sequence, and we would rather know early than at the door.

- Ateam Logistics operates Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm. Deliveries and installs outside those hours are arranged per job: many city buildings only permit access in their own booked windows, and some prohibit weekend work entirely.
- How quickly will I get a quote?
- Tell us what you hold, where it goes and how often, and Ateam Logistics comes back with a proposal. A distribution contract is priced on volume, handling and frequency, and none of that fits a form.
- Can I visit the warehouse?
